Your Team Keeps Answering the Same Five Questions. There’s a Better Way.

New Workshop with UNH Professional Development & Training Added for June 17

In partnership with

In partnership with the University of New Hampshire’s Professional Development & Training programs, North Light AI is offering a new 2-hour workshop on Wednesday, June 17 from 9:00 - 11:00 am (ONLINE): “Building Custom AI Chatbots for Business.”

This workshop counts toward the AI Essentials Certificate Program.

Here’s a quick story:

North Light AI worked with a college admissions team that was buried in the same litany of questions, hundreds of times a week:

When do classes start?
What’s the deadline?
Do you take transfer credits?
How do I send my transcript?

At the same time, the conversations that actually needed a human (the first-gen applicant working through financial aid, the international student in a different time zone, the transfer student with a complicated situation) were getting pushed to the margins. There just wasn’t enough time for personalized support for everyone.

So we built a small, focused AI assistant. It was trained on the team’s real policies and documents. It could answer routine questions accurately, in 25 languages, at 3am as easily as 3pm.

It did not replace the admissions team.

It absorbed some of that repetitive 80%, so the humans had more time for the 20% that only humans can handle.

In most organizations, a large share of incoming questions are repetitive. The same policies. The same deadlines. The same forms. The same “where do I find…” questions.

That work matters, but it can consume an enormous amount of staff time. Meanwhile, the 20% of conversations that really need human judgment, empathy, creativity, or problem-solving get squeezed into whatever time is left.

The chatbots/virtual assistants are what we’ll be building in our 6/17 Building Custom AI Chatbots for Business workshop.

In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to design and build a working AI assistant prototype using your own business information….no coding required. We’ll cover where AI assistants are useful, where they should not be used, how to train them on documents and policies, and how to measure whether they are actually helping….and train them how to known when to hand something off to a person (which is especially important).

You’ll leave with a prototype, a clearer understanding of what modern AI assistants can do, and a practical framework for using them responsibly.

Your prompts are leaving out 80% of what you're thinking.

When you type a prompt, you summarize. When you speak one, you explain. Wispr Flow captures your full reasoning — constraints, edge cases, examples, tone — and turns it into clean, structured text you paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or any AI tool. The difference shows up immediately. More context in, fewer follow-ups out.
